The role: Product Marketing Manager, Turkey
The Google Marketing team is responsible for developing our marketing strategies determining the needs of our users and position our products in the right way. Product Marketing Managers are flexible, hardworking, experienced marketeers who have demonstrable knowledge about Google and who will plan and execute major marketing initiatives.
In this role you will be in charge of positioning and promoting Google's products to achieve measurable objectives. Your key responsibilities will be to address the SMB audience in Turkey positioning Google's solutions for businesses. You will also be required to analyze the results of marketing programs to optimize investment. This role reports to the Head of Business Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive SMB marketing activities.
- Budgeting, managing and executing ROI efficient marketing programs. Launching and driving rapid adoption of Google products
- Planning and running awareness, education initiatives which have a positive impact on Google's business brand.
- Developing creative assets and tools and working with agencies
- Tracking and analyzing marketing programs to optimize overall results and plan campaign and channel mix.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- Product marketing experience
- Experience of working with Sales teams to deliver trade marketing programs, including events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing market.
- Strong interest in analyzing products, customers and market dynamics and strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proven track records in managing ROI campaigns and measurements.
- Fluency in English and Turkish
